you can simply go to the website www.upsc.gov.in
and can click on the tab "previous year question papers" and then just making a click on the desired upsc exam you can download the question papers .

UPSC conducts the Combined Medical Service exam every year for the post of medical officer post.

CMS exam is conducted once in a year at national level.
