NDA stands for National defence academy. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for the posts in Air Force, Navy and Army. as he is studying in 12th so he is eligible to write NDA exam.

for Air force and Navy you must have completed or appearing in 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. your age should be within 16.5 years to 19 years. there is no relaxation in age for any category.

NDA exam is conducted only for unmarried male candidates.

NDA exam is of 12th level. so the questions are also asked upto 12th standard. for Preparation NDA books are best. you should clear your basic concepts.
