you read the ncert books from 6 to +2 class.

you read the news paper daily for the daily updation .

watch the news local and international and national

reads the magazines.

you also read the your optional subjects books

you read the pearsons publishes books, dinesh, klyani etc number of the best writer books available in the market.

the preparation is depends on your time management

UPSC Means union public service commission

And upsc exams are very tough but not impossible

But it need very much hard work to clear the exam

As you are giving the exam for the highest post of the country

IAS And IPS So you can understand the difficulty level of exam

And dear you have to study at least 13 hours a day

But for the mains exam 15 hours is must

With lot of concentration

And the books for the upsc exam :

For g.k dear you can go for the lucent gk book

Also read monthly pratiyogita darpan

And you can alos read the history books of 8th or 10th class

Also same books of economics and geography

And for english you can go for R.S Aggarwal book
