After 12th,you can not apply for UPSC exam.

Age limit for UPSC exam :

>>Age is between 21-30 years.
ST/SC gets 5 years age relaxation.
OBC gets 3 years age relaxation.

Eligibility criteria for UPSC exam :

>>Graduation pass from any recognized university.

Condition :

>>Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Selection process :

The Age Limit criteria for NDA & NA Examination are as follows:
The candidate should be of the age in between 16.5 to 19 years.

You can apply for only two exams right now based on your educational qualification.
These two exams are undergraduate exams
1. NDA & NA (National Defence Academy & Naval Academy)
2. SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentice)

Age Limit
NDA & NA 16.5 to 19 years
SCRA 17 to 21 years
Educational Qualification
For Army: 12th class pass of 10+2 of school education pattern or equivalent examination conducted by State Education Board or University.
For Air Force, Navy & Naval Academy: 12th class pass of 10+2 of school education pattern or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by State Education Board or University.

After graduation you can apply for various exams mentioned below:
Civil Services Exam (IAS, IRS, IPS)
Engineering Services Exam (Civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics engg)

No you cannot apply for the UPSC exam after you pass your 12th .For it you need to do the graduation in any stream from recognized university.

And age limit for the exam is 21-30 yrs...

The age limit ranges from 21 years to 30 years generally.

But the age relaxation will be given as per government rules

i.e the age relaxation for OBC category candidates is 3 years

and the age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years.

For open category 4 attempts

For OBC candidates 7 attempts

1.YOU have done your graduation from recognized university.

2.Age limit 21-30 yrs..

After you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can apply for the exam at www.upsconline.nic.in after the upsc issues notification for it...

hifor giving the upsc exam, you need to be in between the age limit of 21-30 years of age, if you belong to the general category. if you belong to the obc category, a relaxation of 3 years is given to you and if you belong to the sc/st category then you will be getting a relaxation of 5 years. but for right now, after passing class 12th, you cannot give the upsc exam because the minimum qualification needed to give the upsc exam is that you should be a graduate from a recognized indian university

to apply for civil services you need to be 21 yrs
but you can apply for nda
the qualifications are
1.you have to be 16.5 to 19
2.you must be unmarried
3. you must have completed your 12 th

you can apply only nda exam which is held by upsc
for nda exam your should be 12 th pass if you join army other wise if you join navy or air force than you should pass your 12 th with pcm term .
for nda your age between 16.5 to 19 year only
for higher side you should be graduate for apply any upsc exam like ias , ifs , ips and many more.
