I am Giving you below the Physical standards for it






You must have passed a minimum of 12th class from a recognized university

The age limit is ( 16.5 to 19 years )

For nda one peace body = means no damage is first need.

Rest about fitness if u got stamina of 3 kms running in about 12 mints , that is enoughh for interview part. Race is not there but this much stamina is sufficient.

Stamina willbe enhanced in nda by instructors as per fauji needs !

If you want to clear all stages of NDA exam,you must be physically as well as mentally fit. NDA exam is the best exam to join defence service after 12th class.

You can apply NDA exam after 12th class from a recognized board.Age limits is 16.5-19 years.You must be Unmarried male as well as Indian citizen.

NDA is National Defense academy .If you want to join this academy and serve for your country then you will have compete the NDA entrance examinations which is organised by the UPSC twice every year.

This examinations has certain requirements which you must fulfill in order to appear for the examination.The requirements are as follows:

1.Academic qualifications:
