first you should be good english Speaker.you can do english speaking course.after that you should start any job like call center bpo/kpo etcfor experience).then whenever you go for any job the'll choose "You" First.

you should do your graduation, post graduation. you should be good in english,have good computer knowledge if you are intrested in government jobs then prepare for government exams like Bank PO, Clerk, UPSC exams and if you want to go for private sector then apply in MNC, or other companies.

-- You must know your aim of life. Because life with out aim is like a fish with out water.

There are two paths available to build a career
1. government sector

(which consist job stability & besides that containing all the post from lower level to higher post according to once"s qualification & talent.,where if you join at lower level even then you have chances to grow on fixed basis to some extent or grow by departmental examination time to time)

2. private sector (which consist of both organised & non-organised works,where you grow everyday compete with others but it is highly unstable. you are responsible for your action at every bit)


Tips:

1. plan your priorities according to your paotientaial ,then prepare for the same collect informatiion ,take necessary step to success either by some external help or with self-study.

2. always be confiedent & compete in optimistic manner(Comparisation should be in competitive manner).

3.learn regional language & english language besides HINDI as many exam's conducts in these languages most oftenly.so good grip is an added advantages for you.

4. read regularily newspaper ¤t affairs,do visit as many places as much you can because that will retain in memory more.

5.Have good sleep,regular balanced diet & fill forms on time without useless thinking about whether you succedor not.etc.
