The major reason is that i think the construction men does not use quality materials for the construction.For a country with much population like india quality materials are to be used in constructions

We can attribute a lot of reasons for that
1) Lack of Quality building materials used. You know that corruption has spread its roots everywhere in every field. Thus contractors who win the bids for construction of various govt. buildings, roads, other constructions such as houses for the poor etc wants to maximise their profit. This is done by compromising on the quality of construction materials, because these contractors are not going to use them, someone else is going to use, thus they use low cost ,low quality materials
2) With continuously sustained economic growth and expansion of business, there is a lot of massive infrastructure required for huge population in a very limited time. So we compromise speed of delivery for quality.
3) Lack of skilled labour due to other lucrative job offers
