You can join UPSC as well as other state public service examination if you are graduate from a recognized university. General age limit is 21-30 years.
State public service exam age limits is depend upon in which state you want to join public services.
There is no percentage requirement in graduation degree. You must be physically as well as mentally fit.
You have clear preliminary exam(CSAT) following mains exam.After that you will be called for Interview.

You can apply for the other states exams also.
You can apply for the UPSC exams.
