dear friend,
even though certain exams prohibit color blind candidates from appearing still most of the upsc exams dont debare you from appearing the exam.you are eligible enough to appear them if you have other eligibility criterias satisfied like educational and age based criterias.but it is advisable to you to not to opt for jobs like IPS and any other police services.better you can opt for IAS and streams resembling the same.best of luck!

Then he is not eligible for this post .
Because a IFos officer should be physically fit.
If you haven't physically fit then you are not eligible for this post.
