no my dear friend it is not true, you do not need to score 60% marks in your LLB in order to get eligible for the JFMC exam.
For giving the exam, you need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria that you should be a graduate in law with a minimum of 55% marks in it.
And the age for giving the exam is minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years.
