Combined Defence Services(CDS) examination is conducted by Union Public Service commission twice in every Year.

CDS is is conducted to Join in

# Indian Air Force Academy.

# Indian Naval Academy.

# Officers Training Academy.

# Indian Military Academy.

DATE of CDS in 2014.

CDS I

-> Date of Notification of Application form- 2nd November 2013.

-> Last date of submission of Application form- 2nd December 2013.

-> Date of CDS exam- 9th February 2014.

CDS II

-> Date of Notification of Application form- 19th July 2014.

-> Last date of Submission of Application form- 18th August 2014.

-> Date of Examination- 26th October 2014.

CDS I:

But before applying ,you must check whether your are eligible for the exam or not.

>>Minimum of bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university .For the Air force ,mathematics and physics at the 10+2 level is compulsory .

>>For the Indian Naval academy,bachelor's degree in engineering or technology is needed.

The age limit for the IMA is 19-24 years

>>INA:19-22 years

>>IAF:19-23 years

>>OTA:19-25 years

Both male and female candidates can apply for the exam.

Do not worry .. I will you the Details of the CDS exam and its important Dates


To be eligible for the C.D.S exam you must have completed the "" MINIMUM GRADUATION "" ..

And usually it might be of the Any Stream Final year Candidates are also eligible to appear for the exam

The minimum age must be " 19 " years

Maximum age is allowed up to " 25 " years

You must be an Indian Citizen


C.D.S Exam ( I ) , 2014 is going to be conducted ...Note the Important Dates

Date of the Notification : 02.11.2013

Last Date for the Receipt of Applications : 02.12.2013 ( Monday )

Date of Commencement of the Exam : 09.02.2014 ( Sunday )
