Age: not exceeding 35 years
there is age relaxations for SC/ST, OBC, sports persons, central govt. employees, ex-service men, widows&divorced women etc
Qualifications:
1)Engineering degree [B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc.(Engg)] in Electronics , ECE , CSE or IT
or
2) M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics or Telecommunication
or
3) MCA (Master of Computer Applications) after three years B.Sc. in Physics

I have also applied man but no response yet..usually they take 5-6 months but this time its more than that...
