You can definitely appear for the Civil Service exams conducted by the UPSC after you complete your graduation or equivalent from an UGC recognized university or when you are a student of final year in the same.
You are also liable of getting an upper age relaxation of 10 yrs in the fixed suit of 21-30 yrs with a total of 7 number of attempts.
Although u won't be able to hold all the posts u desire after qualifying it,there are many posts available for you.
