You can definitely appear for the Civil Service exams conducted by the UPSC after you complete your graduation or equivalent from an UGC recognized university or when you are a student of final year in the same.
You are also liable of getting an upper age relaxation of 10 yrs in the fixed suit of 21-30 yrs with a total of 7 number of attempts.
Although u won't be able to hold all the posts u desire after qualifying it,there are many posts available for you.
So prepare well and you will prosper.

Dear sir,after your graduation, you will be able to all various examinations conducted by the upsc. There is not any direct recruitment for handicapped persons but thier is reservation system.Accordiong to your wish you can opt for any exam thier , for choices visit to upsc.gov.inthanks

There are Lot of Examination Under Civil Service Examinations like, IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS Etc..

At Present your doing B.com 2nd Year student . So,Please complete your B.com Course than Only your Eligible to apply for this Examination .

There is No Minimum Percentage of marks require for this Examination . So, After Qualified in Bachelor degree your eligible to appear in Civil Service .

you can definitely appear in the examination and become an ias/ips/ifs officer

there are 40% physically handicapped persons are allowed .

so don't get loose your heart and start preparing for the same because you are eligible and you have enough chances and enough time to prepare for it because you will also get 10 years age relaxation because handicapped persons are eligible to get 10years age relaxation in exams of central govt jobs.

so you have to only check the eligibility and age criteria that you are in the criteria or not.
