    hi,
    in civil services examination,
age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

there is no age relaxation for general category.
age limit for general category is 21-30 years.

3 and 5 years age relaxation is for obc and sc/st category.

    for obc,
    age limit is 21-33 years.

    for sc/st
    age limit is 21-35 years.

    for phd candidate,
    age limit is 21-40 years.
