Check with Reliance time out Book stores or Odessy in your area, they used to have current affairs of all the states separately. About INDIA as a whole, its easy to find and get. Any local store can have the updated version of Current affairs list about the nation.

The best way to learn about the current affairs Kashmir is the daily newspapers of Kashmir ( if you are not a resident of Kashmir then you can subscribe to e-papers from Kashmir) and their local News channels. Some of the big stories of Kashmir can also be found in National News and television channels.
For current affairs of India you should subscribe to a good daily newspaper preferably The Hindu ,a good current affairs magazine and daily watch news updates on television; if you still feel you need to learn more then you have infinite resources on the web . All this is sufficient for your knowledge of current affairs .
