Friend UPSC conducts the Interview for the Civil service exam in the month of May.
So the candidates who have qualified the mains exam will have to wait till may.
You will get the call letter soo by post.
if you don't receive the call letter you can download it from UPSC official website.
Here You will find the Eadmit card option, click on it and enter your registration ID and DOB to download the duplicate copy of admit card.

that is all depends on upsc board but as per my knowledge i can say that they will call for main after 1 and half month from result of prelims ..
and it may be before also that is totally on upsc board.

After Declaration of Result of prelims it will take 1 and Half month for mains or more.
It depends on the time required by UPSC Board to Process the Results and their information.
