    dear friend,

    After clearing Mains you are called for interview. At the time of interview your Physical and mental ability is checked, Your reasoning, decision Making, and capability of working in a group is checked.

    Your interview has nothing to do with the mains ... anyone who goes to interview is mains qualified ... so dont bother anything about your mains ...

    Briefly , the interview technique consists of establishing two way communication process between the interviewer and the interviewee for transfer of information.

    One thing which can easily get you through the personal interview is your clear thoughts and do present youself best in front of the interviewer ..
