HEre is the procedure to hoe to fill the complete form online on the website www.upsc.gov.in
1.Go to the upsc website and click on the UPSC online application
2.Click on the examination which in case here is CDS.
3. You will have to CLick on the part 1 in front of the name of examination and you will see a form for CDS which you have to fill accordingly.
4.Then you will have to submit the final form and a challan will be generated which you have to take print out of.
5.You need to go to the nearest SBI branch aand submit the money to the cashier who will sign on the challan you printed and will wirte a Numeric number on your challan copy and return one slip to you.
6.You need to again come to online form filling and then click on the part 2 registration and then you will have to fill up the id no. of your application form and also the numeric code given by the bank.
7.After filling the form and uploding your photo and signature you will then get the final printout of your suceessfully filled form.
>If you face any problem regarding filling form then you can check the instructions which is given on the upper right side of the website page.

The registration form for CDS exam is filled in two parts.
First you have to fill the part I of registration form and at the end of it you need to pay the fees for exam.
There are two modes of payment Offline/Online
1. If you select Online mode of payment then you'll be taken to banks website where you can pay using your debit card/credit card.
2. If you select Offline mode of payment a challan will be generated. You have to take print of the challan goto your nearest Nationalized bank and pay the fees
You'll be provided a code from bank that you'll need for filling part II of registration form.
After you fill both the parts successfully you have to take the print of hte form & keep it with you for further references.

Through the debit card or credit card only and if you are belongs to SC category then you have to don't pay anything.

Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) combined Defense Service examination fee is Rs.200/-( fee exempted for Female and SC/ST aspirants).
Examination fee can be acceptable by the commission after completion of Part I registration only.
>>>You can pay fee through either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI or by using net banking facility of SBI.
