National Defense academy (NDA) entrance exam is conducted for recruiting eligible candidates to Indian Armed Forces (Indian Army wings,indian Navy wings, Indian Air force wings).

Educational Qualification:

UPSC conducts the NDA exams Twice every year.
The candidates selected are commissioned in the
Army,Airforce and Navy wing of the Defence Forces of India.

The NDA I exam are expected to be held on 07.04.2013 and
notification will be advertised on 22.12.2012.

The NDA II exams will be held on 11.08.2013.

See,the eligibility criteria for NDA states that the candidate should have passed 12th class.

So you need to first pass the 12th class and then you can sit for the exam.

1)Candidates who are appearing for the NDA exam must complete their 12th class

Yes sure you are completely eligible to apply for UPSC NDA exam means UPSC Board allows those candidates who are appearing examinations or awaiting for the declaration of the result means you can apply for NDA exams :

NDA Exam is conducted by UPSC board for following defense sectors :

1. Indian Army - 12th passed in any discipline from a recognized board/institute

2. Indian Air Force - 12th passed with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject

3. Indian Navy - 12th passed with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject from a recognized board

Your age should not be lesser than 16.5 years and more than 19 years to apply for NDA exam and there is no upper age relaxation would be provided by the government at any condition for any category candidates.

Important Dates for NDA exam : NDA Exam conduct 2 times in a year and NDA - I would be conducted around April 2013 and NDA - II may be conducted around August 2013 and UPSC will announce it's notification for this exam around December 2012 so that you should keep visiting at www.upsc.gov.in for more details.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for the exam

And also your question is not clear means what you

want to ask because you have not cleared that right

now you are studying the 12th class of you have passed in the 12th class

But if you are studying in 12th than you can't write the exam

As for the exam the minimum qualification is that

the candidate should be pass in the degree of the graduation

Education :

-The Candidate should be pass in the 12th board exam

-The Candidate should have maths and physics as subjects at 12th level

-The candidate should be unmarried

Age :

-The candidate age should be between 16.5-19

NDA Exam is conducted by UPSC .
For this exam candidates age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.Candidates must be Indian citizen.Candidates should be unmarried .Candidates minimum acceptable height should be 157 cms.Candidate should not be overweight .
Candidates not suffer from any diseases.Eyesight must be normal.

Recognized board/university.That means you are eligible for nda in respect of educational qualification.But friend, there are so many other qualifications required for the same which are as under under some sections. • Yes, an 12th appearing student can apply for national defence academy (NDA) exam but as an provisional basis.
• Before appearing for interview after written examination you must have passed the intermediate in required stream as per your joining in any one wing of the defence sector.
• You must have the citizenship of India.
• Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years.
• No age relaxations is provided to any category.
• Next year NDA-I exam notification expected to come in the month of december and exam may be conducted in the month of april.

Dear mam, You are not eligible for NDA exams as girls are not allowed to sit in the NDA exams. NDA exams are conducted after your 12th qualification with 60%. Your age should be between 16-19 years. You should not be physically challenged. You should be a boy and not a girl is allowed. These are the eligibility required to apply for a job in the NDA exam. Thanks....

Of course,you are 100% eligible for the NDA examinations oraganised by the UPSC.as the minimum academic requirement for the NDA entrance exam is 10+2 passed with PCM and english as compulsory subjects or appearing for the 10+2 examinations from the recognised board.

This examination is generally held twice in the months of april and august respectively.

The other requirements are ;

>>You age must be between 16.5 to 19 years.No relaxation is provided to anyone

>>You must be unmarried male.

>>You should be an Indian citizen.

>>You must be mentally and physically fit.

> You should be complete 12th standard from a recognized university or Board.

You should have to passed firstly your 12th class then you can apply for NDA EXAM. Age should be 16.5 to 19 years. You must be an INDIAN. You must be unmarried.
Girls candidates can not appeared NDA EXAM. NDA exam ONLY FOR BOYS.
Minimum educational qualification is 12th Pass.
Army-12th pass/equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
Airforcce-12th pass/equivalent from a recognized Board with Math�s and/or Physics as subjects.
Navy-12th pass/equivalent from a recognized Board with Math�s and Physics as subjects.

Yes 12th appearing students can also appear for NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.
The exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year as NDA I & NDA II.

NDA exam is for all the 3 wings of defence viz. Army , Navy & Airforce.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

12th pass candidates or appearing are eligible for the exam.

Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are the compulsory subjects to be taken in 10+2.

Only unmarried male candidates are allowed to appear for the exam.

Age requirement is between 16.5 to 19 years.

You should be Indian.
