Hello

One way to join Air Force as a pilot with only intermediate as qualification-National Defence Academy.

National Defence Academy criteria
1)10+2 passed with physics and maths in 10+2.
2)Age-16.5 to 19 years-at the time of commencement of course
3)Only male candidates are required


You have completed 10+2 with PCM.
Now persuing B.COM.

No problems with your qualification.But if your age is between 15.5 to 18 years,then you can apply.

As NDA nearly 1 year selection process,hence it is necessary to apply 1 year in advance.
The age must be 16.5 to 19 years-AT THE TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE.

You can apply for NDA or CDS and the eligibility for NDA is ;

You have done your 12th with PCM from recognized board.
Age limit 16.5-19 yrs..

FOR CDS ;

You have done your graduation from recognized university.

Age limit 19-25 yrs..

You can .
Complete you graduation with min. 60% marks.

So you can eligible for this .

and age for the 16 to 19 is min.

So just prepare for the exam.

So as per my calculations ... your age is above what is required

And " THE MINIMUM AGE MUST BE 16.5 YEARS "

" MAXIMUM AGE IS ALLOWED UP TO 19 YEARS "

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for it

So the candidates those who satisfy the above age limit .. those candidates are only eligible to apply for it

You must be an Indian Citizen

Yes ofcourse you can join indian air force as a pilot.
there are 3 ways to join indian air force
1)CDSE(common defence service examination).the eligibility criteria of cdse is you must be agraduate and your age should in between 19 to 23 years.
2)AFCAT,eligibility criteria same as CDSE
3)You should have 60% in graduation and also in +2

but only 55 marks in maths
physics 70
chem 80
can I become a pilot through NDA

yes ofcourse you can join indian air force as a pilot

there are three ways to join indian air force

the eligibility criteria for CDSE is

the second path is through AFCAT

the eligibility criteria for AFCAT is same as CDSE

YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE PILOT IN THE AIR FORCE.

There are basically three ways to join Indian air force as a pilot.
~CDSE(Common Defense Service Examination)-Through that you need to apply for the AFA-Air Force Academy.
The criteria for applying in the CDSE is graduation from any stream ,but must have physics and maths in 10+2,Age limit-19 to 23 years.

~AFCAT-through which you can enter in to the air force as a pilot,same requirement and the criteria.


~If you have a NCC certificate then you can also join the air force as a pilot but here you need to have minimum 60% in graduation but for AFCAT and CDSE,you do not need to have any minim um percentage.

Yes definitely you can join Air force as a pilot. You have to apply for CDS Examination.CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Final year students can also apply.

to join INDIAN AIR FORCE there are two examination under upsc.
National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA)
and
Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)

as per your date of birth you can not apply for the upsc National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA) as you have crossed the upper age limit to apply for this examination.

the age limit to apply for the upsc NDA examination is 16.5 yo 19 years .and you have crossed 19 years .

so to join INDIAN AIR FORCE you have go for the upsc CDS examination.

this exam is held twice a year by upsc .
to apply for this exam you need to be graduate from a recognized university .
(as you want to join Indian Air Force Exam you have to pass Graduation With Physics or Maths)

age limit to join INDIAN AIR FORCE through examination is 19-22 years

OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.


final year students can also eligible to apply for this exam

-Your age is too far from the required age that they want

-But you can go for airforce as a pilot by the following ways

-First of all you have to graduate and your age must be above 21 years old

-There is no age relaxation is applicable for any reservation candidate

-You should write the exam of CDS under upsc

-In CDS again exists the Indian navy , air force and Indian army

-Depending on you preferences they send to any any one them

-You also go through the Indian air force ..

-In that include pilot and ground duties

As your currently pursuing the Bachelor Degree so I suggest you to complete that degree and after that apply for CDS exam and TES entry for the Pilot in the

Air force...

So now first concentrate on your studies you can appear for the CDS exam in the final year also..

you can become pilot in air force through nda which stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY. this is the best way to become a pilot in INDIAN AIR FORCE.the exam is held twice in every year by UPSC

for it .

1. you must be an indian .
2. passed/appeared in 12th with PCM.
3. must be unmarried male ,girls are not allowed for the exam.
4. having no any major surgery in the past.
5. age must be in between 16.5-19 years.

after +2 you can join Air Force through NDA exam

yes you are eligible for joining the air force .
there are entry types such as CDS , NDA .
these exams are conducted twice in a year in march and september , so if you want to apply please keep a track on official website of upsc ( www.upsc.com )

if you want to become pilot in air foce then you have to apply for CDS exam conducted by UPSC biannualy.
for this you may apply in final year or after final year.
or you may get a direct entry by qualifing AFCAT exam held by airforce biannualy.
