Friend there is no restriction of percentage in CDS exam.

You can apply for the CDS exam with any percentage of marks.

You should be only graduation qualified from any recognized university or its equivalent.

You must have math and physics as compulsory subject in order to apply for the CDS exam.

No age relaxation is applicable.

You must be the citizen of India.

There is no criteria of minimum marks in 12th class in CDS.
Just the candidate have to pass 12th class with science ( Non medical ) stream.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services.

CDS exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

This exam is conducted in February and August every year.

AGE LIMITS:

For Indian Military Academy : 19 to 24 years
For Naval Academy : 19 to 22 years
For Air Force Academy : 19 to 23 years
For Officer's Training Academy : 19 to 25 years

Educational Qualifications:

For IMA and OTA : The candidate must have to complete degree of a recognized University.

For Naval Academy : The candidate must complete B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

For Air Force Academy : The candidate must complete B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics or Bachelor on Engineering.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The selection Procedure consist of three steps:

There is no such cut-off marks for CDS exams.

CDS(Combined defense service) is conducted by union public service commission for twice per year.
(cds-1 and cds-2).cds have four academy:-

Indian Military academy
Officers Training academy
Naval academy

The candidate should be citizen of India
The candidate age should between 19 to 25 yrs.

There is no percentage or marks restriction for CDS exam. If you are 12th passed student then you are not eligible for CDS exam because Graduation is the minimum eligibility of CDS exam. there is no relation with 12th marks or graduation marks

Eligibility to apply for CDS - Combined Defense Service Exam 2013 : Dear there are three departments under the CDS and each department has a different requirement about the eligibility criteria which is following as :

1. Indian Army - Should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 24 years

2. Indian Navy - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years

3. Indian Air force - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years

Dear 12th class marks are not responsible to apply for CDS exam but on the basis of 12th class you may apply for NDA - National Defense Academy exam and if you wish to apply for CDS then you need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
UPSC doesn't consider marks so don't worry about that, you just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the exam.

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:

-For CDS exam you should be Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university for Army wing. But if you wish to join Air force or Navy then you should have physics and maths in Graduation.

-Age limit for CDS exam is 19 to 24 years.

-You will have to pass objective type paper and then you will be called for SSB interview.

the upsc combined defense services examination
is graduation based examination and
there will be no consideration of your percentage in 12th standard.
so don't have to worry about your percentage in the 12th class.

even if you apply for the upsc combined defense services
there will no consideration of your percentage in graduation also.
as there is no percentage bar to apply for the any of the upsc examinations .
aspirants are just needed to have passing marks in graduation so as
to become eligible to appear in the upsc examinations .

to apply for the upsc combined defense services examination
you need to pass graduation in any stream form a recognized university under UGC
if you wanna apply for the IMA or OTA.
while if you wanna apply for the AFA (AIR FORCE ACADEMY)
then you need to have mathematics or physics as a subjects in graduation.

the age limit to apply for the CDS examination is
19-22 years for AFA (AIR FORCE ACADEMY)

dear first of all i would like to tell you that the CDS exam is related to those candidates who completed graduation or engineering ,or those who are in final year of graduatin or engineering,

also there is no percentage bars for the CDS exam,
so your marks in neither 12th nor graduation matters for the CDS examination,
so if you have scored minimum passing marks in the graduation then also you can apply for the upsc exam,

CDS: Stands for the Common Defence Services Exam '

Which is conducting the by the upsc every year

And for the exam first their will be a written test and then their

Will be ssb of 7 days and ssb is very difficult task

And most of the students are fail in ssb

So you have to work hard for it

And for the cds exam here is the criteria:

The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized Indian university

The candidate age should be between 19-25

And from your point what is the % required for the exam in 12th

And the answer is simply that their is no specific % required for the exam

there is no any percentage boundation in cds examination.

all the candidates who are graduated from a govt. recognized university are eligible for cds so they can apply for the same.

but remember that there is an age criteria also which is as under

To be eligible for the CDS exam for the entry in Defence services u first be a graduate

and then the age criteria comes which 20-30 years

Also there is no reservation in this exam.

there is no percentage barrier for CDS(combined defense services) so you can easily apply for CDS without taking into consideration your percentage .

eligibility criteria for CDS:


candidate be a graduate from a recognized university.
final year appearing candiadates are also eligible for CDS exam.
age limit is 21 to 30 years.
candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.

CDS:-

The "Combined Defense Services" Examination or the CDS Exam is conducted twice a year by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy. The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of October and June and the examination is conducted in February and September respectively. Only unmarried graduates are eligible to write the exam. Successful Candidates are admitted into the respective Academies after an interview conducted by SSB (service selection board).





Eligibility Criteria




1 For Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
2 For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

See my friend...there is no question about your percentage because ....UPSC needs only graduates so that CDS has to require only graduates but not anything more....in your question you did not mention your age details any your should be above 19 below 22for navy and coming to airforce ....your age should be below 23 years...any way all the best my friend....

There is nothing to be regarded with the +2 marks for applying for the CDS Exam

The education qualification needed for exam is that the candidate must have completed a degree from a recognized university.

The exam is conducted fr candidates to join in:

Indian Navy
Indian Air Force
Officer Training Academy

As you have only completed +2 you cannot apply for the exam as you don't satisfy the education qualification needed.

Yes, Definitely You are eligible to apply for Combined Defence Services examination After completing your graduation.
This examination is Conducted by UPSC,

You are eligible to apply for OTA of CDS after completing your Graduation degree course.

To apply for this examination, your age should between 19 to 25 Years, Upper age relaxation is not applicable in this examination.

The Notification will be Published in the employment Newspaper or in the UPSC Website, CDS (I) examination Notification was already Published and the Last date of apply for this examination was already Over.

CDS exam is based on the graduation. CDS exam required only passed graduate candidate. there is no percentage required.

for indian navy in cds candidate has science subject.

age limit is 21 to 25 years.

There is no requirement of 10+2 marks, onlly you must have bachelor degree with 50% marks from a UGC recognized university, and for other details you go on UPSC website.

CDS exam stands for combined defense service.
In CDS exam they only see that you are a Graduate or not.
There is not any percentage criteria in 12th standarg,you just pass your graduation level any how.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates must hold a graduation degree.

Candidates must pass there 12 th standard with Maths and physics as a compulsory subjects.

Age criteria:

IMA---19 to 24
Indian navel Academy----19 to 22 years
Air force Academy---19 to 23 years

In CDs exam only the graduation marks will be considered not 12th marks so that you should mention your graduation marks first and if you are not araduate then you can not apply for the CDS exam because it requires minimum graduation so first complete your graduation .
The criteria for the CDs exam
one should done graduation from any recognized university with minimum 60% marks for army , one should complete engineering to join in army or navy .
one age should be between 19-24 for general cast , there are relaxion for other cast in the upper age limit .
