dear, if you write CDS exam then you should be graduate from recognized university. After 10+2 you can't apply for this exam and percentage not necessary for this exam.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
UPSC doesn't consider marks so don't worry about that, you just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the exam.
The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.
Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.
Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Final year students can also apply.

Eligibility to apply for CDS - Combined Defense Service Exam 2013 : Dear there are three departments under the CDS and each department has a different requirement about the eligibility criteria which is following as :
1. Indian Army - Should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 24 years
2. Indian Navy - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years
3. Indian Air force - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years
Dear 12th class marks are not responsible to apply for CDS exam but on the basis of 12th class you may apply for NDA - National Defense Academy exam and if you wish to apply for CDS then you need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

There is no percentage or marks restriction for CDS exam. If you are 12th passed student then you are not eligible for CDS exam because Graduation is the minimum eligibility of CDS exam. there is no relation with 12th marks or graduation marks

There is no need of +12 marks but you have to pass +12 class from the recognized college. The graduation marks are Important. In the graduation you should have minimum m aggregate of 60% in all papers

- Graduation is minimum requirement to write cds exam.
