you can get the application form for the civil service exam in the month of the decmber/janauary from the head post office in each city.
you also apply the online method.

all the other post like as cds and nda also got the application form from the head post office and also apply the online way.

dear you can buy upsc forms from head post office of your district but there is a another also to apply for upsc exams that is by internet ...
you can apply online for the upsc exams just go to the website www.onlineupsc.nic.in
and for details related to upsc you can go to the website www.upsc.gov.in

UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and this examination is conducted by every year and this commission conducted many exam like

>>Civil service exam
>>IFS Exam
>>IES Exam
>>CDS Exam
>>NDA Exam
Etc.....

You can get the application form into two mode there are online mode and another one is Offline mode.

>>Online Mode:-You get the online application form http://www.upsc.gov.in in to the link is available and then you can apply for the UPSC.

>>Offline Mode:-You get the offline application form in nearest head post office you can purchase the application form then you can apply for the UPSC address.

Note:-You filling the application form you should be carefully decide the centre of examination.

The Application Procedure for the Civil Services Examination has been changed from this year. you cannot send the application by post from this year . instead of that, you have to apply online. No other mode is allowed. you can get the application form from the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in . you will be issued an e-Admission Certificate 3 weeks before the date of examination. this Certificate will be available on www.upsc.gov.in and they can download it from there. it will not be send by post.[/FONT]

you can get common application form for the OFF-LINE MODE from the Nearest head-post office through-out the year by paying Rs. 30,when there is a notification regarding the particular examination do darken the appropriate bubble in front

BE CAUTIOUS WHILE APPLYING THROUGH OFFLINE-mode becuase now-a-days UPSC do manadatory in some or all examination through online mode as that facilitate much easy,accurate DATA capturing.

UPSC exam detailed notification will be available in Employment news paper Or visit : There will be two modes of applications....

1)OFFLINE
2)ONLINE

Offline applications available at all Head post offices...to this you have to be buy CRF stamp of Rs.50/- or Rs.100/- (as per notification)

Online applications available at .http://www.upsconline.nic.in ,
for this you pay exam fee @ SBI any branch or using NET BANKING... Online mode is easier and faster than Offline mode...

**Fee exempted for SC/ST,women, PHC candidates....

UPSC exam notifications are available at official website or in employment newspaper. There are 2 modes to fill form.

1. Offline:- In this mode you can purchase the form from any nearby post-office through CRF stamp of denomination of Rs 50/- or Rs 100/-.
All filled applications should be submitted to "Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069" either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier.

2. Online:- To fill application online you have to visit www.upsconline.nic.in. Instructions to fill forms are available with every exam notifications. First you should visit the website of UPSC and download the notification and go through on this carefully. After that go to the registration website to register for a particular examination.

Hi dear
You can buy the application form for UPSC Exams from the Head Post-Office of your district.
But if you inted to apply online then visit the website www.upsconline.nic.in and apply . However for the online application you will have to pay the fees either by online banking or through Challan ( to be deposited in the SBI Bank).
