Hai,As chartered accountancy course is not an graduation degree you cannot appear for ias examination..So you be a graduate in any stream..Then only you can give a try for the examination..Thank you..

Yes definitely you are eligible for Civil Services Examination while pursuing CA Final year.
The Educational Qualification Criteria for Civil Services Examination is as follows:
The candidate must hold anydegree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Final year degree students are also eligible.
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if theuniversity is a recognized university.

The Other eligibility Criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
The Age Limit Criteria
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
OBC 21-33 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs

Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit

The candidate should be Indian

ELIGIBILITY FOR IAS EXAM

**You must have a bachelor degree

**Your age must lies in between 21-30 years

***Degree must be from recognized university

**You must be Indian citizen

so you can only apply for the exam if you have completed the graduation or you are in the final year of your graduation.

If you want to become an IAS office for that you have to pass civil services exam
Civil Services Exam Will be held in Three Round .
1. Preliminary Exam
2. Main Examination
3. Interview Test
1. Preliminary Exam - This is an objective type questions based test which if the candidate passes, qualifies tothe second phase.
2. Main Exam - This is a subjective type questions based test which if the candidate passes, passes to the third phase after clear this you can go for interview round

For the civil service exam the qualification is required candidate must have graduate or it�s Equaling
Degree in any stream from the approved university.
Upsc demand only graduate student for the exam higher qualification is no matter for the exam, it is only beneficial for you in the future and your knowledge.
The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category.
Age relaxation for the reserve category as per government rules,
Exam complete in three steps
Preliminary exam
Mains exam
Interview.

IAS exam stands for Indian administrative services.

Criteria for IAS exam:-

*Must be an Indian
*AGE- 21 to 30 years
5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC candidate

This exam is divided in to 2 parts

1)Preliminary exam
2)Final exam

In preliminary exam there is on 2 papers
*General knowledge
*Optional paper-choose by candidate

after select on preliminary then candidate call for final interview.
