Dear Aspirant First go to official websites of UPSC (www.upsc.gov.in).Analyze the pattern of examination means in how many phase it is conducted.Download syllabus.For time being you should start your preparation for preliminary examination. My ideas is you better develop a habit of reading newspaper daily The Hindu.Solve question of reasoning,aptitude and DI.Keep updated on current affairs.Don't spend lot of time .At this stage only two hours of study will be sufficient but it should not be at cost of 12th study.Because it is more important that you do good in 12th class. Marks of 12th will be there with you whole life Lot of time is there with you for preparing Civil service examination.

AGE LIMIT general 21 to 30. obc 21 to 33. sc/st 21 to 35. ATTEMPTS general 4 time. obc 7 time. sc/st no limit. EYE S. 6/6 to 6/9 is good. PHYSICALLY fit and indian citizen. STUDY graduated. How you can prepare . Read daily news paper and GK BOOKS . CUTE important news. try to talk in english with others. read your course books with full interest. And last . I suggest you should to choose B.com. Because after this you can also choose CA as a choice.
