Would diabetes be a hindrance in my selection to IAS (Indian Administrative Service)? Hi, I am 24 and I have got type II diabetes since the last 2 years and I wish to appear for IAS. I am pretty confident about passing through the written exams, but I am really worried about my medical fitness report since I heard that recently one candidate was declared medically unfit for the IAS and he had to seek PMOs help, the result of which still is not known.
