If you are in the final examination then you can apply for the NDA examination but you need to show the proof at the time of selection if you qualify the examination.
So if you like to apply for the NDA examination then you need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
NDA stands for the national defence academy.
If you like to apply for the same then you must be 16.5 to 19 years of age.
There will be no age relaxation.
Girls are also not eligible to apply for the same.
Boys unmarried can apply.
Selection procedure for the posts are as follows-
Written examination
SSB interview.
Medical examination.

yes, you can apply for NDA exam right now. you can also apply for NDA exam in 2014. NDA exam is conducted twice as NDA-I in April and NDA-II in August months of every year by UPSC.

Exam is conducted for the posts in Navy, Army and Air Force. for NDA you have completed or appearing in 12th with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent from recognized Board or College.

your age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years.there is no relaxation for any category.

you must be Indian Citizen and you should be unmarried male.

No you are not eligible but next year you can enroll as you'll be completing 2th next year... And your age should be between 16.5-19 while you are applying....

yes my friend;


you are definitely eligible for applying for the NDA examination.

as the minimum qualification for the examination of NDA is 12 passed / appeared with a govt. recognized board .

and you should definitely apply because you have limited chances to get appear in the examination.


but this is only not at all ,,there are other requirements also. which means if you have other qualifications also only then you will be called eligible for the same.

so look at the details about the same.


Qualification:-

* you must have the citizenship of India as there are only Indian candidates are allowed to give the examination.

* only unmarried male candidates are allowed to give the examination. girls and married candidates are restricted in the
examination.

* as described above the educational qualification required is 12th.( with physics and mathematics for navy and air
force.

* the candidate must be physically fit.

* age must be in between 16.5-19 years.




so you should apply if you eligible according to the criteria.

1. paper examination ( objective)

As you are in the 12th class right now ... you are definitely eligible to appear for the exam


You must have studied minimum of 12th class from a recognized university

As you are in the 12th class you are eligible to appear


ONLY UN MARRIED MALE CANDIDATES are eligible to appear for the exam

You must have a minimum of " 16.5 " years

Maximum age is allowed up to " 19 " years

You must be physically Good and Mentally Well


So you must be an Indian Citizen

Mean While prepare for the N.D.A exam this year

Apply for the NDA exam next year ..

Friend, presently you seems not eligible for NDA Examination. But you will be eligible for NDA I Examination 2014. But make sure that your age must be above the age of 16.5 years, otherwise you are not eligible. It is mandatory that candidate must have attained the age of 16.5 years and in the same time, candidate should either passed 10+2 or appeared in 10+2. Also candidate must not be above the age of 19 years. In NDA Examination, married candidates are not preferred and they are summarily rejected. Candidate must be only a boy. ofcourse dear, you can surely enroll for the NDA-1 exam of 2014 while studying in 12th class.
for the NDA exam only 12th passed or 12th appearing candidates are eligible .
the age limit of the exam is 16-1/2 to 19 years.
so if you lie in the above mentioned age group then you can surely apply for the NDA exam.
the notification for the NDA-1 exam will be out in the month of December so be in touuch with the employment news and do keep visiting the UPSC official wbsite.

Well you can't write NDA exam this year since your are just entered 12th so you can only write this exam next year ie after completing 12th.

This exam is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Comission)

The following are the eligible criteria for writing this exam

�� You should complete 12th

�� You must be an Indian

�� You must be an unmarried male candidate

�� Your age must lie between 16.5 - 19 years

�� Apart from these you must be physically and mentally fit.

This year you were not eligible to write NDA examination as you just entered into 12th standard.
You will be eligible to write this examination next year that is NDA I 2014.
So, prepare well for the examination and try to clear it in one go.
You have not mentioned your age which is an important criteria for NDA.
If you don't fulfill age requirements then there is no use appearing for it.

sir, I am in 12th in present and i give exam once when i am in 12th starting and i also filled the NDA2 form and i also want to give the exam NDA 1 in 2014 should i go through the exam now?
