There is no age relaxation for divorced or widowed candidates in UPSC exams.You can read the notification carefully for Civil service or related exams of UPSC for complete information and knowledge.
There is age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/J&K Domiciled between 1980-89/Ex servicemen/Physically handicapped candidates.
The relaxations vary for all all the categories mentioned above.
But there is no provision for relaxation for Divorcee female candidates.
The only exemption you will get (unless you are from any of the above mentioned category), is that you will not have to pay the exam fees as female candidates are exempted from paying fees.

sorry to tell you that there is no reservation allotted in the upsc exam in the category of divorced female.
The relaxation is provided on the basis of minority and physically handicapped.
The relaxation of 3 years is given to the obc candidates and a relaxation of 5 years is given to the sc/st student.
While a relaxation of 10 year is provided to the physically challenged people

either she is divorced or widow
men and women are given equal rights

reservation is only according to the caste system

The minimum age limit between 21 to 30 years.

Age relaxation was,

OBC candidates 3 years.

SC / ST candidates 5 years.

Ex-Service man 5 yeas.

in IAS nor IFS.....

The upper age limit is relaxable up to the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for members of SC/ST and upto 38 years for OBC in respect of the posts reserved for them) for Widows, divorced Women and Women Judicially separated from their Husbands who are not remarried.
You would be required to produce following documentary evidence:
In case of divorced Women and Women judicially separated from their husbands, a certified copy of the judgment/decree of the appropriate Court to
prove the fact of divorce or the judicial separation, as the case may be, with an Affidavit in respect of divorced Women and they have not remarried since.

for OBC its upper age limit is 38 years
for SC/St its upper age limit is 40 years

1. OBC (non-creamy layer) by 3 years.
2.SC/ST by 5 years.
3.central civilian ex-servicemen by 5 years.
