yes there is age relaxation for Divorcee female in UPSC exams upto 5 years(21 years to 35 years) for general cetegory.
for OBC its upper age limit is 38 years
for SC/St its upper age limit is 40 years

For exams like civil services or other competitive examinations conducted by UPSC there is no age relaxation for divorcee female candidates.
However for special recruitments like EPFO(Employee provident fund organization) exam, recruitment for govt. colleges and director level posts, you can get relaxation.
The upper age limit is relaxable up to the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for members of SC/ST and upto 38 years for OBC in respect of the posts reserved for them) for Widows, divorced Women and Women Judicially separated from their Husbands who are not remarried.
You would be required to produce following documentary evidence:
In case of divorced Women and Women judicially separated from their husbands, a certified copy of the judgment/decree of the appropriate Court to
prove the fact of divorce or the judicial separation, as the case may be, with an Affidavit in respect of divorced Women and they have not remarried since.

The relaxation is provided on the basis of minority and physically handicapped.
The relaxation of 3 years is given to the obc candidates and a relaxation of 5 years is given to the sc/st student.
