Sorry if you try next year when you will be in the final year of the examination then you will be able to apply for the civil services examination so you should not worry right now because right now you cannot apply for the same , if you like to apply this examination then you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the same so you should see that as i am going to mention the same here only.
here is the required eligibility criteria which is mandatory to fulfill.

Eligibility criteria for the Civil services examination-
Age should be 21 to 30 years of age.
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the same.
Age relaxation for the civil services examination is as follows-
SC/ST 5 years.
OBC 3 years.
Ex servicemen 5 years.
Disabled defence officer in army during war for commissioned officer 3 years of age relaxation.
Examination pattern-
CSAT stands foir the civil services aptitude test which is the first stage of the examination. It consist of 2 papers and both general studies of 400 marks total.
MAINS examination is if you qualify the examination CSAT then called for the Mains examination.
There will be 9 papers of 2000 marks .
By qualifying the same candidates are called for the interview.
Interview consist of 300 marks.

Right now you are not eligible as the graduation degree is needed for minimum.

Start preparing for the test and by the time you graduate take the exam well.

The qualifications required for I.E.S are:-

21-30 years for general category

21-33 years for obc category

21-35 years for SC/ST category

>>Graduate in any discipline. No percentage criteria.

I am sorry to say but you are not allowed to give the upsc exam being in the third or the pre final year of your graduation. The reason for this is that for giving the upsc exam, you need to be a graduate from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
People who are in the final year of their graduation may also apply but those who are in their pre final year are not eligible for giving the exam.

This time you are not eligible for UPSC exam.

After graduation candidate can apply for civil services exam and CDS exam.
Engineering graduate are also eligible for IES exam.

So, wait for one more year in the last year of graduation you will be eligible.

For Civil Services Exam :

>> Candidate must be graduate and also can apply in last year of graduation.

>> Candidate must be under 21-30 years.

>> Candidate must be citizen of India.

No friend, you are not eligible Upsc examination because for upsc exam your
graduation must be complete . But you can also apply upsc exam in last year of your graduation.


Eligibility criteria -

• Candidate should be Indian.
• Age must be between 21-30 years. 3 year relaxation for obc categories and 5 year relaxation for sc/st categories.
• Your graduation must be complete.

Number of attempts -

• For general - 4 attempts
• For obc - 7 attempts
• For sc/st - No limits

No, You are not eligible for UPSC exam as 3rd year student in B.Tech.

For UPSC exams you must have to graduate degree holder. The final year appearing students are also eligible.

In final Year you can apply for following exams:

>>CIVIL SERVICE EXAM
>>INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE
>>INDIAN FOREST SERVICE
>>COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE
>>CENTRAL POLICE FORCE EXAM

You can only apply for NDA and on 12th basis.

>>NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

Age Limit : 16.5 to 19 years.

>>SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice.

You can apply only for NDA and SCRA if you comes under this criteria.

Requirements for NDA-

Age LImit- 16.5-19

Candidate must be Indian civilization.

Only male candidate are allowed.

Age Limit- 17-21

To appear in UPSC communication you must be the candidate of ultimate year of Bachelor curriculum. you must seem in IES communication conducted by UPSC. during this communication you'll realize the mechanical Branch job for instance, Indian Railway Service of applied science or Central power of Engineering Services etc.

Sorry however you're not eligible for the UPSC exams being a third Year student in applied science.
you would like to finish your B school,or be within the final year of an equivalent,to be eligible to look for the Exams conducted by the UPSC.Also,the university below that you complete your BTech should be a recognized one.
Once you're within the final year of applied science,or complete an equivalent,You can seem for the subsequent examinations conducted by the UPSC-

Sorry friend, Being a B. Tech student of 3^rd year you are not eligible to apply for UPSC exam.

If you are in final year then you can apply for UPSC exam.

You don�t satisfy the eligibility criteria of UPSC exam.


Eligibility for CSE

You should be graduate in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent

Final year candidates can apply

Age should be 21 to 30 years

Age relaxation is provided as per government norms

You must be Indian.


In my suggestion now you should complete your B. Tech degree with good marks.

You can appear in UPSC exam in final year.

But it is not so easy and you can do good preparation for CSE exam.

It is very tough exam.

You can start the preparation of UPSC CSE from now.

You can also apply for Indian Engineering Service exam.

As for the upsc exam a graduate pass or a final

Year student of graduation can apply for the exam

So next year you can apply for the exam or after your b.tech

And you can apply for the upsc civil services exam

And can also apply for the Indian Engineer Service Exam

For the Cse :

The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized university

For the Ies exam:

As you are a 3rd year B.Tech student you can not apply for I.A.S., I.P.S., C.D.S., I.F.S., CPF(AC).
For these examinations you need to be a graduate degree holder with any discipline or you are in your final year of graduation.
But you can apply for N.D.A. & S.C.R.A. if your age limit must not exceed & you are satisfying the other eligibility criteria also.
For N.D.A.-16.5-19 years
For S.C.R.A.-17-21 years.

To attend IES you have to be atleast in your final year of graduation and to attend IAS or other upsc exams you must pass your graduation.So,presently you are eligible for neither.Complete your graduation and the give them a go.Visit upsc.gov.in.The list of all the examinations are available there.So as for now,you can have a look at those.Good Luck!!!!!

you can attend IES and UPSC examinations with E&I branch but you should have a degree in your hands.
now you can give an attempt but if you succeed and want to jointhen you need to have a graduation certificate with you.

dear you need to be graduated in order to apply for various exam conducted by upsc,upsc requires candidates who have completed graduation from a recognized university for the various exams like CDS etc. so need to comp[lete your b.tech first than you can apply for upsc exams

As the minimum qualification to give this examination is for

those candidates who are in final year in their Graduation

degree.


So,this is better for you that take preparation from now and I

Yes, you can appear for CDS and IES exams taken by UPSC. You can apply online from www.upsc.gov.in .
You will get all details including dates,eligibility,centers,etc. from this website.
You can also find brief details in Employment news paper which published every week.

No, you are not applicable to appear in the exam.
To appear in UPSC exam you should be a student of final year of B.tech.

no pre-final yr students are not eligible for that on the basis of b.tech but if u want to apply on +2 basis then u can do, for lower class services in UPSC

Hello,
To appear in UPSC exam you should be the candidate of final year of Bachelor degree program. You should appear in IES exam conducted by UPSC. In this exam you can find the mechanical Branch job for example, Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering or Central power of Engineering Services etc.
