To become a CBI officer you have to appear the exams conducted by UPSC. It is called the Combined Graduate Level Examination. This exam is held once a year for the post of Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central Bureau of Investigation.

Eligibility Criteria for CBI Exam
Graduation having more than 50% marks in total can appear for UPSC Examination.

Also you should need to pass the combines graduate level examination of Staff Selection Commission as conducted by Government of India.
You should need to clear its four stages. You should need to fulfill the physical requirements like height and chest etc. CBI recruits Sub-Inspectors by SSC and they give advertisement in Employment News Paper and other news papers.

Age Limitation-
Your�s age must not be above 56 years.
Age Relaxation will be applied according to the government rules.

And if you want to join CBI the you have to give the staff selection commission exam
you have to give the common graduate level exam
You must be the citizen of India.
Your age must be in between 18-30 years.
THERE ARE FIVE TESTS ARE HELD IN ENTRANCE EXAM-
1. General Studies
2. Math�s
3. English
4. Language
5. Communication skills and writing

Hi Aspirant,

CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation.

As it is clear from its name it is the biggest crime investigation agency of India which work under PMO.

UPSC doesn�t conducts exam for the CBI post.

If you want to join CBI as sub Inspector, you should apply for SSC CGL exam.

This is conducted by Staff Selection Commission.


Eligibility for the post of CBI

You should have bachelor degree from UGC recognized university or its equivalent.

Age should be 18 to 27 years

Relaxation in age

SC/ST + 5 years

OBC + 3 years

PH + 10 years

You must be Indian.

Hi friend..
cbi is entirely different from upsc..
because both are two separate departments
you can not go with upsc into get cbi
there is special exam that will be conducted by cbi
the eligibility is different for different qualifications
but primary eligibility is 12th pass with required qualifications
cbi also provides jobs to candidates like 12th,engineers and lawyers
so depend upon your eligibility you can apply for corresponding job

CBI stands for central bureau of investigation
it is the superior investigation bureau of investigation which deals with the high level and important cases of the country.
in order to become a CBI officer candidates are required to clear the SSC exam.
eligibility criteria :
candidate should be an indian
age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years
candidate should have completed graduation from a recognized university.

if you want to become an CBI officer than here is an exam also .

you have to give the exam of ssc (STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION)

and and pass the examination

for it you must have the qualifications given below.

1.you must be the citizen of india.
2. your age must be in between 18-30 years.
3. you must be a graduate.

Graduation with minimum 55 %

CBI is central bureau of investigation
to join CBI u have to clear the examination conducted by SSC
the minimum educational qualification is u have to be a degree holder from a recognized university
age limit is 20-25 years
examination is conducted in 2 parts
part 1 is written exam of 400 marks
part2 is personality test of 100 marks.
