To become a CBI officer u have to go through entrance exams.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-
1. Age- Candidates age should be between 20-27 years.
2. Educational Qualification- Candidates should have a bachelors degree from any recognized university. There are relaxation for reserved category.

because both are two separate departments
you can not go with upsc into get cbi
there is special exam that will be conducted by cbi

but primary eligibility is 12th pass with required qualifications
cbi also provides jobs to candidates like 12th,engineers and lawyers
so depend upon your eligibility you can apply for corresponding job
