Re: if I pass the IAS exam, will UPSC consider my medical illness on court case? You may face an issue regarding this as if you have a court case currently files against you, this is not allowed in upsc.Once they are gone, you can definitely apply. But still you can contact the upsc officials regarding your case!

Re: if I pass the IAS exam, will UPSC consider my medical illness on court case? Dear candidate, You will not be considered for the Selection in the Civil Service Exams, even if you clear them because you will be having a petition filed against yourself in the court. Any person with a criminal background is not eligible to appear for this exams, and will be disqualified on this ground. But you can surely apply for these once all the allegations against you have been removed and you are pardoned. You can wait until then. Good Luck.
Re: if I pass the IAS exam, will UPSC consider my medical illness on court case? Hello, It is depending on his rules and regulations. But I think there is no permission to give examination for that candidates who are currently fight against court case. When your case will be solved then you can appear in examination. Otherwise UPSC consider about it but you have to tick in the blanks of court case, fir etc. Statement Line in the Application Form. Wish you all the best, HOMI KOHLI [email protected]
