The question you asked has no basic point,you asked that whether you can crack a tough exam like civil services of India at an age of 28.
Well the answer of this peculiar question,must be with you,i just can not say anything about,it is who will decide that whether you are capable or not.Hey,buddy stop asking such questions on the forum,your words implies that you really a low confident individual,and which will never help you in any cause.

Nothing has been difficult for a species whom we call "HUMAN BEINGS",and never ever will be,of the individual have a iron determination and the interest to do any thing for the aim.Then you question just do not deserve any respect,coming to your first question.
