Are physically disabled candidates eligible for PCS exams? I am physically disabled (Hearing and Speech with 60%)

i "m" b.tech final year student & i am physically disable (hearing& speech 60%).can i eligibility for pcs? plz tell me sir.

Dear friend,I am sorry to say that if you are disabled from hearing and speech then you are not allowed to appear in PCS exam. Normally physically disabled are eligible but the problem should be minute. So keep try in other field.Good luck
