I am commerce student and have a desire to become an IAS but my age is 18 years and the eligibility for IAS is 21 years. Should I wait till my eligible age or can I try for C.A. Will it be possible to do both IAS & C.A. I am confident to do them but I need suggestions.

we appreciate your enthusiasm regarding CA and IAS but one thing is clear that you must have a sound time table and balances in the both elements prepration.
but if you go for IAS then you CA exams or prepration for Exams may br interupted and vice-versa.
it should be better for you to focuses on one element and after acheiveing that you can go for another one.

It is good that You are anxious to both the IAS & CA. But since these two examinations are very tough and need a proper time management.If you think that you can manage your time properly for both, then you can go ahead. But I think if You give your full strength to one of the examination, it will be better to you to achieve. So First You decide which is the first and foremost to you and then go ahead.
it is very difficult to do both the things at the same time as IAS preparation needs more time to prepare and CA as well therefore you have to focus on one thing at a time.. All the best..
