Public Administration and Sociology both are very good subjects

and you will find both of them very scoring.

These two subjects are very common , though they have high cutoffs.

Whether to take Public Administration or Sociology , Depends upon your interest and liking.

If you like social aspects more than the political aspects then go for Sociology.

Also see what is your background ,

If you belong to the background related to Public administration then surely go for PA.

Remember this .. Inspite of going for one new subject ,

go for one familiar subject and
