The only thing is ..
You must have to just Pass the 12th Class Examination
You must have passes in the
<> First or
<> Second Division in the Intermediate
Graduates with Mathematics and At least one of the Subjects
(()) Physics
(()) Chemistry as the Degree subjects may also apply for the exam

SCRA-Special Class Railway Apprentice.
A four year study of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute Of Electrical And Mechanical Engineering.
After completing the course,a job in Indian Railway Service Of Mechanical Engineers(IRSME).
It is required to have done 10+2 with mathematics and any one subject between physics and chemistry.
The percentage required is minimum of second division.
Second Division means minimum 45% marks.
So it is required to have minimum 45% marks in 10+2 to apply for SCRA.
for SCRA you must have completed or Studying in 12th with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry from recognized Board or college in First or Second division. Acronym SCRA is Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the various posts in Indian Railways.
for SCRA your age should be within 17 years to 21 years. there is also applicable relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants.

The acronym SCRA stands for the Special Class Railway Apprentice examination.It is one of the UPSC exams that requires minimum of 10+2 as the academic qualification to be eligible for the exam.
It is conducted once every year.
Here is the details regarding the SCRA exams :
>>You must be 10+2 passed or appearing from a recognized board .
>>Your subjects combination must include the physics ,chemistry and mathematics as the compulsory subjects in 10+2.
>>There is no such % requirement .Passing % is enough to make you eligible for the exam.However you should aim to secure as much as possible.
Coming to the age limitations:
>>You must be between 17-21 years .If you belong to the obc or sc/st candidates ,you can avail the age relaxation of three years and five years respectively.
You must be an Indian citizen
About the exam :
>>It is one of the toughest entrance exam at 10+2 level where science stream candidate fight for just 40-50 odd seats ,around 1-2 lacs candidate apply for the exam.So it requires good knowledge of the subjects with clear cut basic concepts and practice.

*The candidate must have completed it's 12th class with first or second division with mathematics and one of the subject of physics or chemistry.
*Age limit is 17-21 years.
*The candidate must be the citizen of India.

My dear friend there is no requirement of any kind of specific percentage in order to give the SCRA exam.
For giving the SCRA examination, you need to be a 12th class passed/appeared and your age should be in between 16-21 years.
Moreover for giving this exam, you need to be having physics, chemistry and mathematics as your main subjects in class 12th.
