yes friend why not,if the candidate who is 12th standard or completed 12th are eligible for the NDA EXAM

provided with other eligibility criteria ,if satisfy the below mention criteria then you can apply for NDA EXAM

*age limit= born between 02nd January, 1995 to 01st July, 1998 only are eligible for apply

*educational qualification=1) for indian army=12th passed in any stream
2)indian navy and indian air force=12th passed in maths and physics

and even 12th standard students can also apply

*no backlog
*mentally and physically sounds healthy
*free from diseases and disorders
*eye sight=6/6 or 6/12 with or without glasses
*umarried
*male only (women are not allowed to appear for NDA EXAM)

Yes you can apply for the NDA exam after completion of the 12th class.
For NDA exam you must have following eligibility:-

>>12th passed from recognized board
>>Age limit is 16.5-19 years.
>>you must be Indian
>>YOu must be unmarried

the NDA exam is conducted twice in a year by UPSC.
The NDA form will release in the October month.

There is no minimum percentage required in Class XII examination in order to qualify for NDA.

If you wants to appear for NDA you have to fulfill following criteria.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION- Must have to pass Class XII or equivalent examination from recognized board with Physics,Chemistry.Mathematics subjects.

Class XII exam appearing students are also eligible.

AGE LIMIT- Age of the candidate must be at least 16.5 years and must not exceed 19 years.

NATIONALITY- Citizen of India and Subject of Nepal or Bhutan can apply for NDA.

Tibetan refugee who came India before 1st January 1962 can also apply.

GENDER- Only male candidate can apply for NDA.

MARITAL STATUS- Only Unmarried candidate are eligible for NDA.


FITNESS- candidate have to physically and medically fit.

Definitely, you can apply for NDA exam as there is no percentage criteria in 12th for NDA exams.

NDA exam is conducted by "union public service commission" and are held twice a year generally in the month of March-April and August-September .

eligibility criteria is:
1. nationality - Indian
2. age - 16.5 to 19 yrs.
3. Academics - 10+2 with physics and mathematics.

first of all there is no any percentage criteria in this examination so you should not to be worry about the same .

and now talking about the examination.


this is the best examination for a 12th pass out candidate to join the defense system in all the three branches of our defense system and also in navel academy .so if you wish to apply for the same than you should get alert in the month of January and august because these are the two months when upsc releases its notification for the same.

yes upsc releases the notification two times in a year because this examination is held twice in a year.

but before you apply for the same you have to get the complete knowledge about the examination so you should always read the whole advertisement before apply,but you should also take a look on the details provided here ,so that you can get a basic idea about the examination.

Qualification:-

1. the candidate must be a citizen of India.

2.the candidate must be 12th passed or appeared in it with a govt recognized university.

3. the candidate must be unmarried male,as girls are not allowed for the same.

Well you got the good percentage of marks so its a nice thing that you like to join the defence services after class 12th but for that you need to make sure that you need to be a 16.5 to 19 years of age to apply for the same.
Well as per the criteria there is no requirement of the percentage to apply for the NDA examination so you should not need to worry for that.
If you like to join the defence services then you need to qualify the eligibility criteria for the defnec line.
