You should have doen your graduation in any stream from a recognised university.
final year candidates are also eligible to apply for this examinations.
Your age should be between 21-30 years if you belong to open category.

Well mine friend, there's no particular percentage problem except in CPF.
For CPF you must have atleast 50% in PCM else wise you just need to pass the respective examination aka Graduation.
