to get dentist job you have to give CMS(Combined Medical Services) exam.
only MBBS candidates can apply for CMS exam.

you can also go for civil services exam and get the most prestigious posts like IAS,IPS, IFS.

There is no exclusive exam for dental students by UPSC and in other exams too you will be considered as an ordinary graduate student.
So there is no special scope for dental students in the UPSC Exams.

But still the Jobs from UPSC Exams are itself rewarding ;so if you are willing to prepare for the exam then give your best shot...

However you are eligible for the following exams:=
1.Combined Defence Services Examination ( you are eligible only for the IMA and OTA)
2.Civil Services Examination.
3.Central Police Forces Examination.
