How to prepare for Kashmir Administrative Services staying out of Jammu & Kashmir? Can I get any postal coaching for same?

hello Sir i want to appear in KAS exams. But unfortunately i stay outside j&k though i am a permanent resident of j&k state. Can i get any coaching from postal services. Please suggest hw to prepare for kas exam
