Can I write Civil Service Exams of UPSC being a Citizen of POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir)?

Dear sir i am imtiyaz from jammu and kashmir .i hv completed my pg in pol.science in may 2010.i hv interest in administration ,for this reason i want to crack civil service i apeared twice in state civil service in 2010,2011 in my ist atempt i couldn't clear mains & in the 2nd atempt i couldn't clear prelims.sir i want to know how shall i come to know whether i am fit for the civil service or not .what alternative should i keep side by side while preparing 4 civil service i am in a fix what to do ,i want to join coaching institute sugest the best one.

so you are not appear for civil service exam

eligibility of upsc civil service exam;-

the person must be indian citizen
the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity
age limit is 21 to 30 years

Sorry dear you can not apply for this exam, for this you would be migrate from Pakistan. Please see the nationality for upsc exam

Nationality :

1. Candidate should be an Indian. OR
2. Subject of Nepal OR
3. A Subject of Bhutan OR
4. A Tibetan refugee who came over to Indian before 1st January 1962 OR
5. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, The United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malwi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently setting in India.

As per the criteria stated for Civil servicer examination by the Union public service commission, the citizenship of India is necessary to appear in this exam. Since you are an citizen of pakistan, it's definately that you are not eligible to appear in this exam. It's very complex matter, certain facts need to be evaluated to decide your citizenship. So it's better if you approach to the court regarding, so that their decision can clarify whether you are eligible or not.

if you are a citizen of INDIA then you can apply for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.

BUT if you are not a citizen of INDIA then no you can,t apply for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.
