candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university,
it does not matters with which stream he/she completed graduation or engineering.
Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:
- Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
- candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
- age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
- age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
Dear if you are pursuing CA course of 4 years then you are eligible to apply for this exam but dear you will be eligible to apply only after coming in final year or after the completion of your course and if you have completed your course then you may apply for this examination between - 05-03-2013 to 04-04-2013 and you can appear for UPSC preliminary examination at - 26-05-2013 so that deaf if you have enough eligibility then you should apply for this examination at - www.upsc.gov.in and get more details about this examination
