-There has been no such change in the eligibility criteria of the IBPS CLERK Exams.These are just rumours.
-You need to be a citizen of India and be of 18-30 years of age.
-The MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SO AS TO APPEAR FOR THE IBPS CLERK Exams IS PASSING YOUR CLASS 12th SUCCESSFULLY WITH ANY STREAM,FROM A RECOGNIZED BOARD.

No it is just rumour , there are no such advertisement that you said the criteria for the clerk is still minimum 12th so do not belive in that kind of rumour , and start the preparation for the IBPS clerk exam , but your age should be between 18-28 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st ., also you got atleast 50% in 12th for applying for the exam .
