Why most of the Railway clerk clears IAS exam?

I have seen from a long time that the number of candidates who clears IAS exams are mostly Railway clerk.So what helps them.does railway post helps them in anyway?

dear friend there is no such thing IAS exam can be cleared only with the hard work so they work very hard and that is the only reason of getting them selected

That is not true its only you make your own view. That person who do good preparation and good practise for the examination that will absolutly crack the Examination.

First of all you have to go through the Question Pattern for which exam you want to appear. You can download and print Previous Years Question Papers at www.upsc.gov.in
NCERT books are best for the basic knowledge because it covers full syllabus of UPSC.
You can also practice more and more MODEL Question Papers from a sample paper by which you can experience to the Questions coming in UPSC exams.

That is your mind making thought you can also crack the examination.

Dear Friend,
Its a very wrong misconception from your side that RAILWAY CLERKS easily qualify the IAS EXAMS.
The Civil Service exams which the UPSC conducts for various posts as such as the IAS,are very tough to qualify.Not only this,these are way different from that of the Railway clerical exams.
So,it won't help at all being a railway clerk,if you see forward to qualify the IAS exams.
Only hard work matters.
