Yes ,
there is a limitation on height for eligibility in NDA.
The minimum height required for NDA is 157.5 cms( around 5'2") but for Air Force it is 162.5 cms(around 5'4").
so you can apply for NDA but you cannot opt for Air Force.
For applying for NDA you have to wait for advertisement for NDA to be published in newspapers with complete details of how to apply for NDA.Besides you can check for any advertisement for NDA on www.upsc.gov.in with which entire procedure to apply for NDA is given.

THE MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE HEIGHT IS "" 157.5 CMS "" 162.5CMS FOR AIR FORCE
Height Relax able up to 2.5 cms ( 5 cms for Navy ) may be allowed
Chest Should be Well Developed
Fully Expanded chest not Less than 81 cms
The Minimum Range of Expansion after Full Inspiration should be 5 cms ..
Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible

Yes friend, there is height limitation in nda. The minimum height required in army in 157.5 cms,while for airforce it is 162.5cms.
You can easily qualify for army,but for airforce it is possible for you with this height.
