There is no way to join NDA exam at the age of 22 years.NDA exam stands for national defence academy which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.NDA exam is conducted to join following wings;-

---Indian army

Indian navy

Indian air force

Eligibility;-
you must be passed 12th standard from a recognized university

Age limits is 16.5-19 years.

There is no age relaxation. You must be unmarried.

You must be Indian citizen as well as physically fit.

Sorry to say that there is no chances for you to give the NDA entrance examinations and join it at the age of 22 years because of the fact that the age limit for the NDA exams is 16.5 to 19 years and no relaxations is provided to any candidate of any category.

Friend as per your query it seems that you are interested in joining the defense.Do not worry if you are a bachelor's degree holder in any discipline from a recognized university or final year bachelor's degree candidate then you can apply for the CDS exams which will give you an opportunity to give your services to the defense and hence your country.

I am really sorry to tell you that you can not apply for the NDA exam.

Because the maximum age limit for the exam is 19 years.

You can not join the Defence services through NDA exam.

But you can join the Defence services through CDS exam.

For CDS exam you must have a graduate degree from a recognized university and your age must lies in between 19-23 years.

For the NDA exam the candidates should have maximum age limit of 19 years. So according to the Age limit concerned you are not eligible for the NDA exam. At this age you are eligible for the CDS exam.

If you want to join for the Indian Defence fields then you have to apply for the CDS exam at this age limit. but for the CDS exam you have to clear Graduation . Only Graduates are eligible for the Exam.

Like NDA there is another exam called CDS. This is also conducted twice a year.

CDS stands for Combined defence Services.

This exam is only for graduates so you need to be a graduate to appear for the exam.
