Okay , No need to worry,You have to be commission's website:www.upsc.gov.in and you can download your call letter by entering your details like Rollno, date of birth....You must be download your call letter and attend for Interview....Any how once again check for Cleared or not.......Only Cleard aspirants in CDS exam only eligible......

Or you can officially meet the concerned person to get call letter.

1> first of all go in your nearest post office and concern with postmaster and postman ..
2> because some time postman give letter on wrong address by mistake..
3> but some time letters are not reach at post office if your letter are not reach at post office..
4> so please go in CDS recruitment office and receive your call letter by hand..

The exam CDS is conducted by the UPSC and thus if you have cleared the written exam then you can download the call letter from the website by entering the Date of Birth and the Roll Number/Index number.
