It can not be say that you got an red light car after becoming an IES exam.

But it is sure that you will get the red light car if you cleared the IES exam with top grades.

salary details of IES officers:
basic pay : Rs.21000
grade pay:5200
other facilities includes
travel allowance- Rs.3200
dearness allowance
10% of basic pay + Dearness allowance is contributed as pension from the govt.
Apart from this housing rent allowance, medical facilities for you and your dependents, concessions for travelling in trains etc.
As far as car is concerned, you will not get immediately after joining service. It may take 5 or 6 years after your service , that depends on in which department you are working and the nature of work.
